I have a 96 C220, and I am trying to buy and install some new corner lights and front grill after I see how nice they are on all your cars. But I'm a total kook on DIY, so can anyone be so kind to show me how to install those items? Step by step instructions would be really really helpful. And also I saw some grills with chrome frame and some without on ebay, so what's the difference? (Which one is easier?) I would really appreciate your help and sorry again for being so ignorant on cars. (I searched everywhere and found nothing, so I had to bother you guys.)
A total DIY kook would fabricate his own custom grille, or at least go as far as figuring out how to install the grille by himself.
WOW digging up old threads! DIY Kook? Figuring out how to install a grille? Go look at the 201 board killer, a DIY job over there is engine swapping, replacing body panels and dash installs... and that's before noon. Newb!
