Hello im new in this forum and think that there is alot of usful info here i just solved my bas/asr light problem thanks to this forum (it was the brake pedal switch i opend it up and a verry small bit of copper fell out.)
Now to my next problem witch is quite a bit larger.
My car sounds more like a tram then a car because my rear diff has worn out berrings in it i dont know if this is a common problem? the car have ran 170000 km. witch issen´t that mutch, but still it needs to be fixed. yeye you will say buy a new one and replace it well the v6 c280 was never sold in sweden where i live just the c240 so the ones here are from germany so is mine there fore i cant find any used part fore a 5 speed manual gear box.
My question is then culd i fit a c240 diff om my car it has the same gearing 3,67 that i know but will it fit. And i forgot its a s202.

Ok i just got hold of a spare part´s list of all mb so now i can see that it dossent fit but there might be other models that do.
