has anyone here got LED taillights?
I'm thinking of replacing my current taillights with LEDs but the problem is I dont quite like the aftermarket crystal-look taillights. I prefer using the factory lenses.
I know one guy in Club202 did combine the circuit with the lense but I havent got any replies from him. Can anyone here help me with the modification step?
Bazzle in the R170 forum tried the 12 LED globe cluster and in his opinion were not right colour or bright enough.
R170s have a tail light issue of overheating so a lot of interest in this topic
Many of us have put an LED flasher on our third centre light to good effect
The Gominigo unit strobes and is not suitable for ordinary incandescent lights
The Comagination unit works on LED and incandescent and flashes slower - available in 3-5 and 7-9 flashes - then stays on steady.
