I have a 94 c280 and just found there is oil in coolant. Should I get head gasket replaced ASAP? Currently, after 3 months driving from last oil change, oil level dropped to half, coolant level does not change much. Can I still drive it from LA to SF for holiday? Thanks.

Can you afford a new engine?
I would NOT drive it until it's fixed. Have you noticed the coolant temperature gauge creep up?

Thanks. But the coolant temperature gauge never goes beyond 100 centigrade.
