There seems to be a loose connection to all the speakers on the right side of my car. The front and rear speaker seem to produce static while the door speaker on the right does not work at all. I'm wondering where the loose connection could be and how I could access it. I have a 1991 190e 2.3. I've checked the connection to the radio and everything seems fine there. Thank you...
You may want to check the fader that is in the center console. The wires go from the stereo to the fader and out to the speakers, so that maybe the source of your problem. Though, I am not sure how you can get that fader out, sorry.
nate is right. to get the fader out you must have a U shaped tool. it is specially made. you can ask any radio accesory shop. they will have what you need.
