I just filled up today, and I calculated it out... I got 30mpg. I do mostly city driving. Is this bad for this car? I could have sworn I got around 33 or 35 when I first got the car... And I have been putting in the diesel treatment before I fill up everytime I fill up. Piotr I'm pretty much lookin at you. :)
hi,<br> i heard that diesel fuels in the US is pretreated with fuel treatment. anyway as for your city driving, my mechanic told me to take my car for a weekend drive for about 100km. it seems that it is good for your engine.
Yeah, I try to run it on the highway as much as I possibly can, it really runs smooth once I get back intown. It's going in for work tomorrow night to be worked on wednesday. Who knows when I'll get it back, luckily I have another car to drive. The 190 is my main car though.
Nate, I finally broke down and went to a mech for oil change and the standard every-15,000 mile-stuff. I told him it starts rough, and milage is down to 30 mpg. I got it back (he found out that I needed a new belt, tensioner arm, and a shock absorber for the tensioner-$270 extra-&^^$#).<br> <br> IT'S A NEW CAR!! so take it to a mechanic for adjustments-you will not believe the diff!
