My alternator failed so I replaced it. Now
I'm having a bear of a time getting the belt back over the pulley. I can push the tensioner only so far but
not quite far enough to route the belt. Is there an
adjustment nut so I can loosen the tensioner? Unbolting
the tensioner shock does no good. I don't have a repair book either.
Aaaargggh! This is really maddening! Help!
