Grill Modification/Replacement Suggestions?? - Benzworld.org

Hi All -
Has anyone made modifications to their grill assembly that they'd like to share - I'm undecided as to whther I should paint the inner plastic grille black or a silver colour or buy a kit with the metal strips - I've seen some interesting modifications made to these grilles -has anyone any pictures/suggestions. This could be a decent thread for those looking to modify their 190e grills.

I did my eggcrate in black, leaving all the rest of it stock. So far I really like it.

Not sure about the black on white - it looks a lot sharper than the default grey - hmmmm.

a 84 190E 2.3....i pulled my headlights completely apart ( had to epoxy my fog light brackets together) while i had it apart, figured i do something noone else has done...or atleast that i've seen yet...so i painted my headlight bezels....like i said makes you look twice at the car..even if my paint job sucks at the moment
