NEED A LITTLE HELP WITH RADIO Restoring a 91 190 2.6 and everythin is going great. new remote starter, and keyless entry...radio worked fine untill i pulled it out and made space for a double din touch screen with navi. shorted out a wire and now i cant get the switched 12+ to turn on the radio. Constant is working fine,,,,i have changed and replace each and every fuse to no avail and am getting sick.
where and what is the fuse for the 12+ switched line, is it hidden some where or is a relay?

Fuse Number
13
Red
Diagnostic, hazard warning system, clock, trunk light, roof light front, illuminated vanity light, radio, automatic antenna 19
Red
Cigar lighter, glove box light, switch heated rear window, radio, sliding roof
Check them both. Pull the fuse out and throw a new one in. Even if it looks good.
