I had a leak in the SLS pump which dropped oil onto the belt.
AIRConditioning would not run until driven at least 10km.

It might not be your problem but it took a while to find.

A short cycling issue is usually due to a low charge. How much did you put in?

Here's my problem. A/C blows hot when idling, but blows cold when moving. And I don't know where to find R 12.

You'll have to have that one serviced by a mechanic that has the liscencing to recharge r12, or have it converted over to r34. Not sure about the idle/hot,moving cold, possibly it needs to build up pressure or possibly a leak in the system.
