eBay Motors: 82-93 MERCEDES W201 190E EURO HEADLIGHT W/CORNER CHROME (item 200174849218 end time Nov-21-07 17:32:00 PST)
I have those...although they are cheap and do feel cheap. I want to replace them, because I still couldn't find a good adjustment, where both my high/low beams are in place. Either my high beams off or my low beams too close. They do look nice, but the quality is what you pay for, I bought it because my lights were cracked and broken and I needed something fast and cheap, but it looks like I will have to get the euro-OEM lights, because I'm not very satisfied with them.

Nothing beats the euro lights anyway.

Now I like the look on your's, but not lining up is a Problem. I like the total Clear's, wonder if there is a better quality unit out there. I assume the Bosch are Frosted units like the original, off to search some more.

My original units are working fine, just getting that Yellowish look with hairline cracking.

Tks
Dan

Unhappy Headlight casings for 1990 190E

Hi guys,

I'm going to piggy back off the theme of headlight replacement but my need for replacement is from a not so nice origin. Hit and run on my very innocent 1990 190E. I don't know much about which parts to look for that would work for this car but I can say that it broke/cracked the casing on DRIVER SIDE, BOTH HEAD BEAM AND TURNING COMPONENTS but lights & signals still work. So can anyone tell me which parts to purchase, if it's possible to get for just one side, and ball park for how much it's going to set me back? Would have been nice for the nightmare neighbor to leave some contact info but they didn't so I'm going to be paying for this one out of my pocket but I don't want to get something poor quality.

Thanks for your help,
Kris

Thanks Jippi, I got my rice lites and corners from a e-bay seller. I worked out a deal off of e-bay. They are not built like the Euros, but look nicer I think. The only thing needed is the conversion plug from 4 prong to 6. I think it is included.
