Yeah, it shakes the shit out of the car, sometimes... at about 45-55 mph. Had it up on a lift and checked the usual suspects. Flex disks all looking fairly new, driveshaft vibration damper looking like hell so it came off. I thought that may be the culprate. I'm thinking that or maybe transmission mounts now... What are your thoughts? Anybody have any part numbers for the driveshaft vibration damper? Does the transmission have any vibration damper?
I've never messed with driveshafts on a RWD car before. They have to be balanced, correct? Could the driveshaft vibration damper moving around cause the driveshaft to become unbalanced causing vibration at certain speeds? It shakes the steering wheel out of your hand when it gets going and goes away when you slow down or speed up.

Logically speaking that would be a good place to start, you can replace your tranny mount as well, or inspect it to see if it has failed, replace because you can.
