scratched windows

Hi to all. My '89 2.6l has its front door window glasses badly scratched by sand( lots of drivind on unpaved roads) as they are opened and shut. Is there a way of getting rid of these scratches other than new glasses?

New (or used with less to non-existant scratches from a local JY) is the word. Also check those rubbers of dust or dirt and have them clean to avoid further scratching.
