yer good
cos this guy have no friggen idea, well, in some parts i was like why would he do that when you could do this
also i believe that this is a later model 190e, its definitly not a 2.6
------------------------------------------------------
the easiest and funnest way to do it
is just take your whole interior out thats wat i did,
found lots of goodies thats been bured and hidden over the 20 years
german pens? and a silver coin NOT AUSTRALIAN
MY SETUP ( i drew it all up in illustrator )
what else you could do... is pull out the seat... pull the seatbelt off along the driver/passenger side and lift the carpet and run your wires in the channel thats already created
im in australia, so everything is reveresed all my cables run allong passenger side, but i do believe that there is cables being feed throught both sides of the boot, i was thinking about taking fotos today about how my cables are being fed through and i think i might brb 1 hours guys

If U Remove The Drivers Seat, door Trim, and Pull Up The Carpet U Will Notice That Mb Gave Us Nice Snap Down Wire Holders That Will Fit More Wires Than U Need To Wire The Baddest Stereo. Not To Mention The Giant Rubber Grommet Into Trunk Which Can Be Cut To Size For All These Wires Without Risk Of Pinching Or Rubbing Through Ur Power Wire. Also By Moving The Carpet Wires Are Hidden And Cant Be Pinched By Rear Seat. When I Did It I Also Removed Passenger Seat And Carpet From Car. Very Easy To Steam Clean At This Point. Its Lots Of Work But Its Worthit.
Sorry, hate to be a dick but that is all wrong! The power wire being pinched between the rear seat and frame is a recipe for a fire
(if you pull the carpet out, you'll see a hole down low near the floorboard to route it) and also the RCA's should be run on the opposite side of the car but it's not overly critical.
yes i re wired my car yesturday after learning about u cant have rca next to power,
but in tha pictur eif u lift up that, black rubber foam, it makes it easier to slide it down on the side of it inbetween the chassis and the rubber ( i believe its your locking air pump) and from the side of that it will easily fit through the hole, i have 2 RCA cables, and 2 stinger audio cables goiing through there
