I posted this in the classifieds section but figured I would post here because these parts are rare and apply specifically to our cars. I have finally decided (again) to sell my complete megasquirt EFI conversion kit for a 190E 16v. All hard parts are included!! The set has the fuel rail, regulator, throttle body, throttle body adapter, coil mount, throttle body boot, and EDIS parts. All one would need is a megasquirt (or other type of EFI) computer, the wiring, and new injectors. I had an offer for $300 for the set but I am putting them on ebay instead.

I am also selling 30# injectors for the conversion on ebay, a beautiful Alpine stereo (CDM-9803) in like new condition, and Schroth harness tailstraps (in case you want to mount a set in multiple cars or to make a complete set for cheap).
The throttle body adapter and fuel rail are made specifically for 16v cars. The bolt pattern for both may be the same for 8v cars also, I'm just not sure. The ignition parts including the coil bracket will definitely work on any Mercedes, as will the throttle body with the proper adapter.
