As many of you know, it's really simple to replace a rear view mirror. Simply pop the mirror off the mount and then pop the new one on the mount.
Well, here's how I did it....
I got some poor directions and thought that I was supposed to pop the whole mount off and then pop a new mount+mirror right in.
So, after a bit of resistance, the mount pops off. I take a look at it and there are 3 screws attaching the mount to the car that I broke in half when popping the mount off. At this point, I understand my mistake. I have been staring at this thing for an hour straight and have no idea as to how I'm getting a mount back on the car.
