New photos!

Well its not broken down for a fair few days so I thought I would take some photos The black badges and the spoiler. Spoiler is almost finished, just needs rubbing in a couple of weeks time when the lacquer is totally solid then I can polish it up. Its not actually attached at the moment but I couldnt resist putting it on!

Thanks for the comments! Its a Zender one. Came on the ebay heap I bought and had to break up for spares. Been sitting in my garage for 4 months just waiting for me to get around to prepping and painting it. I am not sure if I prefer the more square ones you see on the cosworths but I can't justify spending one one, especially when I have a spoiler which I basiacally made money to get hold of

The tail lights I also painted up myself. I had a spare set of lenses and I cleaned them, masked up the sides and then carefully sprayed with a decent quality tint spray. Put a couple of even coats on and then let them dry solid over night. I really didnt expect them to look good having the seen the mess friends have made tinting their lights but it actually worked really well and even up close there are no runs or patches.

I am saving for a new exhaust system so it will get some subtle twin ovals on the back at some point and I am interested in a different set of bumpers and some side skirts for it but that depends if i can get a tatty set cheap and restore them.

Andy

and hyprr1 I will not be taping the spoiler on!! Well it will have some sticky pads on the feet but I will secure it well!!

Looks great, Andy!!!!

The badges came out looking real nice. Don't you have an engine designating badge?

I like the spoiler/wing. Not ricey looking at all IMO.

The front grill is on my list of things to play with as I dont like it all that much either. I have got a spare one so I am thinking of trying the silver surround going satin black and removing the binnet emblem, or using the standard grill insert with a black surround. I am gonna have to have a play and see what I like!

No engine designtation badge, it didnt have one when I bought it and whilst i'm not the sort of person to plaster cosworth and brabus badges all over the place i'm not gonna advertise the fact that i've only got a 2.0

The spoiler isnt remotely ricey Jammer!! Whats the LMO for?!?! Badges do lok great don't they, I robbed the idea from yours!

I didnt use VHT (if it means Very High Temp!) because I didnt think it needed on the spoiler and badges.

Andy
