Big fat one is for the ant. You either have a switch in your car or the h/u does it automatically when the radio comes on. Or both.

The blue remote connector for the amps, originally goes to the power ant to give it signal to go up and down.

so the radio i bought has a blue wire and the black antenna wire. now if i hook up the both ant wires from the head unit theoretically the ant should go up and down.

Yeah you have to hook up both. The big fat black cable plugs into a hole on the back of the new head unit, and the blue remote turn on wire connects to the antenna spade connector. On my car, I didn't hook up the blue remote at first, and while the antenna picked up reception, it wouldn't go up and down.

Thats the fake'est 6.5" speaker i have ever seen.

I got some 5.25" Kickers, that the magnet was so big that it didnt even go half way into that pod.
