Just another turbo project

Hey hey...

I'm new to the forum and thought I'd post a pic or two of a customers car I'm on . Thought some of you might like it. I'm doing a "mild" turbo kit lol. The car is immaculate

Holy shit! That's awesome! Looks like the water pump and other parts are powder coated. Makes me wanna tear mine all down again.

hey man did you say you are turbo charging that thing where can i find one for my 2.3 and its not 16 valve would you say dont waste my time and just a 16v?

Tuning will be done by SDS ....

Rough costs are $700US each for the manifolds....

AS far as some of you wondering about boosting your 2.3 non 16v.. I would ask your goals first... Some of us in the honda world are moving 400 hp out of a single cam civic... so I would imagine theres lots of potential out the lesser of engines available in this chassis.

I'm located in Kingston Ontario.

Looks good! my goal would be getting more low and mid range power.
Out of 1st gear it's all OK, but the other three leave the engine revving too low
(and hitting the gas more in 1st means I'll drive into every car in front of me) in order to be powerfull enough. I would be more interested in pulling power than the amount of horses - but somewhere between 180-220 HP sounds great with me. Torquewise somewhere between 300 and 400 Nm, below 2500 rpm.

in genreal that hp/tq combination is difficult to obtain... Just to start I'm going for 325hp on this build for daily driver. I expect maybe 250ft/tq..

Some of you pm'd me for full pics.... 1987 model year
