Sorry ben working a ton of overtime these days.
That sucks your not getting a sinal the the test plug.
Have you tested all the fueses with a volt meter on the fues tabs?

The info that is sent to that plug comes from the ECU.
There are some other ways to test that plug I've heard , but never had to do it. Look for damage to the wire harness by the plug in the battery area.

It may be taking you beond the DIY thing and require a Bosch tester to be hooked up between the ECU and the ECU outlet plug. The reson I say that is to determin if the ECU is even sending the signal. You would need to find the corect wires on the plug and 1 tell the ECU to run the self diag. and 2 monitor the voltage spikes to decifer the codes. Paying to have the Bosch tester installed is a lot easer.

I just printed out Airboys code chart. I had seen the chart before and managed to get mine to blink before but it was fussy. I had never seen the trick of the 3 and 8 second hold and release.

Old thread but tks for posting. Now if I can just find out which Coolant Sensor is on the fritz, intermitent. I can clear it and it may go 5 mins or days. Leaning toward the 4 pin on the sensor block but I can't seem to find out even using the manual.
