electrical issues

i found a 190 in jersey but it has electrical problems, from what the owners described the windows, hazard lights, turn signals, and sunroof dont work at all. that is why he is selling it for next to nothing. i am thinking of buyiing it but i want to know what i am getting into with this. is there a common fuse or relay or ground wire for these power components? if not what can be the cause of the failures? thanks in advance

The hazards and turn signals are together and would suspect maybe a bad flasher.

The sunroof and power windows usually stop functioning due to a ground failing or relay.

Doesn't sound like too big a deal if it cost next to nothing.[;)]
