window stops just before top

the window on my dads 190 stops about an inch b4 it gets to the top.(just recently). if al four windows are fully down and u press them all at the same time,, this window takes a 2nd longer to start going up. any ideas? hasnt been raining since its happened thoguh... but it will soon, its the uk!

Someone is going to have to go insde the door and look for a bad guide or worn out window reguator most likley
