Could somebody specify what the heck is doing that pipe from the intake venturi going through a mini radiator and then to that turbine in the exhaust area?

if this is the picture your talking about then what you see as a 'mini radiator' is acaully an Intercooler. Intercoolers are a big help to turbo cars. since the turbo works from the headers. the air coming from it is very hot. it goes through the turbo and into the intercooler. the intercoolers perpose is to cool down the air. colder air is alot denser, colder air going into the intake = more power. also the intercooler looks good through your bumper as well lol
