I got the headlights off ebay for around the price you said.
The headlights physically fit perfectly...BUT here are the problems I had to face with the instal:
-The headlight plugs don't match up with the cars headlight plugs so I had to clip off the plugs and figure out which wire is which and connect them
Because you have nam plugs and the lights probably are made for EURO plugs. Of which i have copious amounts of.
-Also the lights don't come with any directions or screw. The mounting screws on the old light don't fit the new ones, so you have to take the mounting clips from the old ones and put them onto the new ones (which is extremely easy)

And about the tail lights; I got those off ebay too, and I'm still waiting for them to come in the mail... so I will definately put a pic up when I install them

I'm not fully aware of what you are asking so i'll try my best to answer.
On the Non - Nam cars there is only a corner signal light with a single filament bulb - the running light is actually hooked up to the city light. But with your NAM car the turn signal bulbs are dual filament bulbs so if you were to install euro lights on your nam car the running lights would still be in your corners.
