I just replaced one window regulator at a price of $550. I wonder if I can install a manual regulator in case another one stop moving? Is there an option for such?

If you are in North America, it might be tough finding a manual regulator since all the cars shipped to MBUSA or MBCanada were equiped with power windows. The European models had less of the luxury features, so their breaker yards or parts services would be the best bet to obtain a manual roll up window mechanism.
