Tire Width

My 190's original MB wheels are 15 x 6. They are currently shod with 195-wide tires.
1st question: how wide a tire can I put on these wheels?
2nd question: I am looking to upgrade my wheels to the 1st generation c-class wheels which are either 15 x 6.5 or 15 x 7. Would the 195s fit on them? I know they won't look that good, but I'd like to retain my tires a little while longer, since they are in pretty great shape.

Pick a tire brand, (Goodyear) then....

Pick a tire type, (Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3) then...

Select (near the top) specs......

If your tire size or rim size isn't there select a different brand and start over. There should be enough info there to meet your needs.

yup, a 195 65 15 perfectly fits a 15 x 7
thats the stock size of the c-class
u can even put a 205 55 15 on it
