Whats the look you want? I've seen ones that look like some of the C126 grilles, with the star in the middle and one bar. If you look on the W124 forums they have some nice 6 bar grilles, they might fit onto a W201 with some mods.
The ones with the star in the middle are called SL or sport grills and fit in the OEM grill frame. The other option is the avantgarde grill, which has more horizontal chrome strips, some without the center vertical bar. There is also an SLC kit, which replaces the OEM grill frame with a wider grill with a star, but it does cover the foglights and does not line up with the hood creases. Finally, there are lots of owners that have welded on the front grill of a W202 (C Class), blended and repainted
