1992 190e 2.3 rear shocks leaking

I just bought this 190e 140,000 miles. Both rear shocks are leaking. I have a couple of questions?

What is the difficulty level of doing these myself?
Best place to buy them?
Or is there a (pep boys) type repair garage that can put them in cheap?
I live in Maine so It's pretty cold right now.
Any other 190 or W201 links too?

Thank you all

RE: 1992 190e 2.3 rear shocks leaking

I normally get my parts from "imported car parts". I found their prices one of the cheapest right now here in the US. http://www.importedcarparts.com/
As far the cost for putting them on is concerned, a friend of mine recently got front struts replaced on his 190E for $75 a piece from a mechanic that v know.
