So I don't think the 190 is leaving me after all.
I've decided to make some use of my license suspension. A family friend has offered me a e320 motor for a steal, and I'd like to pair it up with a 16v rear diff and the dogleg transmission. I got a few questions though.
First of all, if I'm not able to sourse the transmission right away, would my 5-speed that's in my 2.6 bolt up and function with the m104?
Has anybody been successful in making a write-up of any kind in the m104 swap?
Does anybody have 16v differential or the dogleg transmission they're trying to sell?
im getting an LSD to put a m104 in you neeed to do a bunch of wiring and it would be good to have all wiring and ecus and all.. whats going on with the 140?
That's no problem, the donor car is a e320 with everything in it mechanically, except the starter. The 140 is still there. Come down sometime and take a look at it if you'd like.
