idle is low!

iceice BenzWorld Newbie Date registered: Nov 2009 Posts: 2	idle is low! 2.3 1988 190E, the idle is very high (>1500) if start a cold engine, but if run the car for some time, stop for 10min, restart, the idle goes down to 500, if turn on the heater of the backwindow glass, idle goes down dramatically! Just changed brand new batterey and generator, idle is still low when start a hot engine, any tips?
