Need Advice - maybe I got conned or Fedex messed up!!!
I have a 1992 190e with had a proble with a blower motor. It was squeaking a lot so I needed to change it.
I went to getusedparts.com where you can specify the part you want and get quotes from various shops/dealer/auto salvage people.
I got a quote for $35.00 shipped from Mike autosalvage.

I called and they said you can send us money by paypal. So i sent it. They shipped the next day. It was supposed to reach Jan 25th. Well it didnot reach. Mike Auto did send me a tracking no and it says on the Fedex website it has been delivered but it is to some one else. SO i called Fedex first they said that package is not for you and it does not have your address. ( they wouldn't tell me whom it is for) Anyways they also have no package in shipment for me.
So I called Mike Auto back. They said it has been shipped right. He repeated my adress and gave the tracking no again which is the same.
He said he will also call Fedex and he did so and he says Fedex says they messed up so he is faxing the reciept so that I can also try tracing it.
So far no luck. I will probably recive the fax tomorrow.
So here my doubt. Could it be possible that Mike Auto is scaming me. It looks they are trying to help but what bother me is how can Fedex mess up like this.
I hope the fax tomorrow clears some things up.
I was also wondering if anyone has used Mike's Auto before - and had any experience in this matter...

Please tell me he was a VERIFIED member thru Paypal!!! If so you can contact Paypal and they will refund your money but only if he is a VERIFIED member. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
