Yes, all W201's have a rear sway bar as part of the 5 link rear suspension. The rear bar is smaller than the front and can be seen as the only continuous metal round bar that traverses the area above the rear axle. At each end, there is a vertical link that connects the bar to the lower suspension arm on each side.

I have some bad news for you . . . to install (or remove) the bar, you'll need to lower the rear subframe, which also involves undoing a lot of other parts, like brake lines, loosening the the exhaust pipe, loosening the rear flex disc, etc.
