I've just got my first Mercedes, a 2007 A150 Classic.
I don't have electric folding mirrors, but I did expect to be able to fold them in by hand.
There's no mention of this in the user manual, and if I lean any harder on the mirrors I may just break them off! Am I missing something? Are they in fact not moveable unless fitted with the electric option?
I was wondering the same thing thing since I bought the car in 2005, and it seems they cannot fold. They will fold only if you push them really hard, but I think this is just protection if they are hit by other car not to break off completely - they disengage and flap around loosely....I don't know why Merc made them like that? Maybe they should have put the electrically folding mirrors as standard.
