Is the A-Class street legal in the states?

I personally have never seen an A-Class in the US... Is it street legal here?? and, if so, I think it would be cool to have... it would most definetly turn heads.

The A Class is not sold in North America. However the B Class is sold in Canada and Mexico and is legal in the States, at least it is in California.

The A class sucks.........they are all made here in Brazil........body of car sucks, the way it looks still sucks, acceleration sucks, and that's all Beavis...this car really sucks !!!!
