Double DIN?

Hello!

I want to replace the audio 10 head unit in my 2004 A 140 Elegance and am finding it difficult to find any information. I have seen what appear to be double din fascia kits but can't figure out how these would fit as the hole tapers downwards towards the CD holder.

Also I thought that the standard size for DIN was 7" x 2" but the benz stereo seems to be 1/4" inches bigger in both directions so I can't just replace the stereo with a standard DIN unit?
