A160 BAS-ESP

My A160 2000 had the famous bas-esp issue. I took it to the MB dealer and they change me one small pipe and they told me its ok. Cost 100 for the diagnostic and 5 for the spare part.
You will say ok, bravo ect BUT 3 days later ooooooops BAS-ESP again.
Again the same route to MB dealer they run their diagnostic checks and they are telling that is the throttle body BUT they don’t have it here (Sofia Bulgaria) and the engineer look at it and fix it as they could and other stuff and for some period of time I will not have any issue until they bring it here and blablabla. Cost 60. Yes this happen yesterday today morning my wife taking the car to go to her work or that was the intension because when she put the key we have guess what BAS-ESP.

So my question is anyone knows what is the code P0121-022 its really this or I have to travel to Greece in order to find something. My other issue is that I am foreigner here and I don’t speak well the language so maybe I don’t understand something well.

Any help is welcome guys because I really don’t know what to do

I can't help with the codes but when my ESP/BAS played the light kept coming on it was the brake switch , in england it cost £10.00 and you can fit it yourself .Go the my site for all the information
I can understand you well so hopefully my site will help you solve the problem,
MB will want you tyo keep going back all the time you can pay, if they charge you to cure the fault and it come back take the car back and tell them you paid them to have the fault cleared and your not happy You should not have to keep paying for the same job .
The diagnostics at 100 should have told them what was wrong with the car so why haven't they fixed it for good.

Lofty thank you very much for your answer

I search at internet about the error and it appears it was the sensor on the throttle body of the engine so in weekend I take it out, clean it and place it again since then no problem so ever.

Well done and thank you for the feed back, something that is in very short supply on these forums.
