W-168 lamella sunroof problem

Hi all......
I am new to site, not really know what to do...
I have a A-140 '00 and seems i have got problem with the sunroof. Firstly started to open with difficulty but now doesn't open at all...
The motor seems to work (i hear the motor noise) but no joy...
Any ideas???
Is there an "emergency" way to open the roof. Could i fixed it myself???

Although I haven't got this feature on my car the roof is very complex I do have information on my CD which may help you sort it out but you might just finish up with a big hole if you can't fix it . taking it to MB is going to cost you a bomb

Just wondering how you went with the repair, i have the same issue and was after some info on how to pull it apart etc? Was it easy?
