noice from bottom left side

hello all

i am new to this site, today i got my a160 2001 model, and i have noticed, each time when the car jump in to small bumbs and also big bumbs ther is some kinda rattling sound coming from the bottom left side of the car, dont know is it from front side or back or from the the middle but its from left side, sound like something hitting on the body of the car.i have no idea what is it anyone had any experiecne please guide me

i took it to the mb dealer and they told me left stabilizer link gone bad and i have to change it. actuall iam in carribean island called st kitts and nevis, anyone can help me how will i get this part
