Problem with a140!!

See this photo. At first it was showing 200, after some time -100,-200 and now it shows -300. Why? Also it makes a "bib" noise for one time.

The second problem is with the cd player. It wont start! My battery was off because i forget the lights on for 4 hours. The car service charged the battery, but from this point the cd player doesn't work! It does nothing! Why?

reset service indicator

Turn the key to position 2 in the ignition lock and immediately press button 000.0 twice within the space of 1 second .Turn the key to position 0 in the ignition lock. Press and hold button 000.0.Turn the key to position 2.keep the 000.0 button pressed.Service message with current remaining distance or time appears. After about 10 seconds an acoustic signal will sound and the service display with the new starting distance or time appears for about 10 seconds.Release the 000.0 button .Hope this helps.

Yes you could probably replace it with a mp 3 player but it probably will need the wiring changed have you checked all the most likely problems on yours.check your fuses and you'll probably need to enter the security code if your battery was uncoupled. It's always better to try and keep your standard equipment going
