beep 10 seconds after car is started???

Hi
Can anybody please tell me what this is.
I get a single beep approx 10seconds after starting the car.
And it is every time i now start, it has only just started to do this.
Anybody any ideas???

I agree, I think it is the warning to say the service is due.

If the digital display shows a bliking number right after that then you should get your car services. Else better go ask the local MB service
