better ride?

I have a A140 Classic, and I was wondering if any one could advise me on shocks and suspensions for this model because at the moment I feel every bump in the road and I reckon its because I have relatively soft suspension

Thanks

RE: better ride?

The 'old' a-class has a terrible ride. you're better off looking at the new a-class where this has been improved.

RE: better ride?

hey hi. i just got my A170 CDI and I felt that the suspension is firm too. but guess thats the compromise for more stability for the ride.

what i did was to pump a slightly lower tyre pressure at the rear tyre and that helps a little on the ride comfort. was contemplating to change to a higher profile tyre too, from 195/50/15 to 195/55/15. higher side wall may increase the ride comfort.

will post here soon on the outcome. cheers [;)]
