Emissions A Class failure
My A class has just failed its first MOT on emissions. I am rather surprised by that given that it is just three years old. The garage say that cost will be around £140 for a new part- don't understand!

Can anyone help me and suggest what i can do?
Is the garage trying to rip me off?
