Go to dealership and ask for turbo seal rubber - as mentioned here and many other places, the color should be orange (vs dark red for old one).

As for replacement, it could be 15 min or so - take tube out, remove old seal, put new one (be sure that it does fit correctly - each pin on rubber should fit!!!) and you can be OK ...

Part of 2 hours job from Mercedes shop is to check if any leak but you can do it by yourself. At least, I did

Just ask the dealer for the part. It is a red rubber about 3 inches in diameter. Very easy to replace. Ask for turbo inlet seal.

I cannot find the part number for this item but it is good to know that this is the problem I have. My red rubber slides right off with little effort.

A 642 094 04 80 is the part number on my old seal. Note my car is a ML320 Bluetec and yours is ML350. The seal in your picture looks a little different (bigger). So double check with dealer.

I don't see the part I'm looking to replace in the diagram. I see part 150 but not the gasket. Take a look.

AIR INTAKE. Fits: Mercedes | Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta

I took a pic of the gasket but can't find these part numbers online. I'm realy not sure how to arrange the numbers but I have tried multiple combinations.

You're refering to this seal/gasket, correct?

Part 150 comes complete, it is a copper inner which is a heater, you do not get just the red seal ( as seen in your picture) only. The part I gave is the one which is the major trouble for the oil leaks, it is underneath the clamp in your picture, you can see a little of it in the picture. It fits inside the air intake towards the turbo.

Well 150 had oil all over it initially and so did the area around the oil cap. I pulled the turbo seal you mentioned and took a pic which is above in a previous post. It has the same part number as yours. I took it out, cleaned it and made sure sure I set it and tightened it properly then took the ML for a test drive. The 150 gasket didn't spew oil this time the vehicle seemed more responsive. I plan to inquire about the 150, purchase a 100 gasket and purchase an oil cap and pray the leaks stop.. lol

I also found that my intake tubing that connects the "ram air" portion to the beginning of the passenger side air filter housing was disconnected.

I picked up the referenced "100" gasket. Mine isn't orange as I believe others have mentioned but it has a different design.

After pulling the undercarriage panel and cleaning it I found the source of my 2 inch diameter overnight oil leak. It is my oil filler cap. In my search online for the specific ML cap I was only able to find an oil filler cap seal. Where in the hell did my oil filler cap seal go?! Anyway it's $3.00 online. (111-018-00-80-MBZ) .

Also, the undercarriage panel screws came out with no problem but 4 wouldn't go back in as if the screws are too thin. I had to use plumbers seal tape around the screws for now.
