I love mine ,sure it has some quirks but works great, had garmin ,tomtom, and sony gps travel alot in sales the worst gps was sony unit what a piece of $hit it was if you had made a bad turn you would have to literally stop to let it catch up to your point you were at I find the merecedes nav once you get used to it works like a charm
The user interface is not so great, and the directory of businesses is neither the most current or well categorized. But its nice to have an integrated unit

In my research I did not read good things about the MB nav. I took a few min to read the manual- works great and won't leave a ring on my windshield.
Right on! I absolutely despise all of these silly aftermarket devices floating in the marketplace such as GPS units and satellite radio tuners.
It's especially a blasphemy when you see this junk stuck to the windshield or glued to the dashboard of a premium vehicle with all those wires dangling, too.
