ML320 Bluetooth

I have an issue with my bluetooth. It works great except when I need to disconnect. If I stop the car, switch my iphone audio source to "iphone" it seems to transition well (I hear thru the phone normally). However, when I open the door, the phone call is disconnected. Last week I had a C-Class loaner with bluetooth that did NOT have this issue. I don't know anyone else with a M-Class to know if its only me. If I turn off bluetooth on my iphone, I do not have this issue. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue with a 2009 ML550, it is driving me crazy. I cannot take the call out of the car unless i turn off BT on the phone itself, which is a pain. It should work just like any other car with the same option. Have you found any solution yet?

I don't think it disconnects, I believe it switches back to MB. Try switching it back to your phone.
