Depends where you live. If your address is somewhere in Toronto, you'll probably enjoy a pool for 2 weekends or so, and then winter's back - 1 solution is to have a covered / heated / enclosed pool - but that's another investment
Again questionable investment with minimal or no monetary gains over purchase price.

Well, I'm not building the pool as an investment.......I'm building one for my little boy to play in. Down here in south FL it will get alot of use pretty much year around.

Not an investment, but good for fun. Okay that makes more sense, especially in that climate.
G35 is a fun car... drove one for about a year. I wasn't too thrilled with the quality compared to MB but it really was a fun car with great looks. You should like it.
