Well, I'm not building the pool as an investment.......I'm building one for my little boy to play in. Down here in south FL it will get alot of use pretty much year around.

With the way the housing market is, I figure I'll be in this house quite a while (nothing is selling around here) so I might as well make it as enjoyable as possible!

Not an investment, but good for fun. Okay that makes more sense, especially in that climate.

G35 is a fun car... drove one for about a year. I wasn't too thrilled with the quality compared to MB but it really was a fun car with great looks. You should like it.
