No Sounds from Audio system or Navigation or Blue tooth

2007 ML 320CDI with 31,000 miles no problem so far other than Trany sensor replacement for recall, has Premium package II with navigation, HK System. Yesterday after ~2000 mile round trip, the car was washed to remove bugs on the windshield and on front of the car.

Driving next day AM,the sound system was working, in the afternoon the navigation, radio, CD/MP3 player works but no sound. System is not on Mute.

I tried to hear sound thorugh navigation instruction,bluethooth phone, radio, CD/MP3 No luck.

Any though why speakers not working?

I realize no one has problems of this type. I Just got it fixed, the amplifier was bad. It is very unusual for less than 2 year car to have this type of problems. This was covered under warrenty and I do not have to pay anything but hassel to go back and forth to dealer.

I assume Mercedese is using cheap parts or poor quality control?

I've always chalked it up to bad suppliers. Most of the problems the old w163's experienced seem to be problems with certain parts/suppliers.

Not to minimize your problem, though, but see the lack of responses indicates nobody else is having this problem. I guess this could just be a fluke.
