so i noticed today that some mesh is missing off my front bumper. not sure what somebody wanted with it.
anyways i wanted to drop by the dealership tomorrow and order the part, anybody know what part number that is for the AMG front bumper? (i'm assuming it's a separate part number and i'm hoping it's not all that expensive - i mean it is plastic)
EDIT: i also wanted to know if anybody has taken this part off and replaced it before? Does it just attach with those six little black clips? (im trying to assess whether or not some mounting hardware also was ripped off with the mesh).
l had my whole truck stolen a month ago....and l'm still waiting for the cheque from State Farm...

also FWIW, i went by the dealership and they ordered the part for me - $108 for that plastic i couldn't believe it was so much.
Pricey..little part...and yes, l'm back to a ML350, l considered a ML500 and 550, but with the price of gas in my area being over $1.40 a litre for premuim..l took the 6-cylinder...

l don't mind at all...l left my vehicle at the Body shop, (in thier parking lot) for some touch-ups on the Sunday night and dropped off the keys in the lock box.....When l called in the morning, someone had broken into the lock-box and stolen my vehicle....because the body shop didn't show any neglience,(they had a lock-box) my insurance company couldn't go after them, so they paid out the claim themselves....The funny thing is...when l received , my settlement cheque 30 days later, (of course thats when my rental coverage ran out....) it was payable to myself and Mercedes Benz financial, the company who held my loan...So, of course l could not cash it, to pay off the loan, so it had to be sent to MB financial first ,to have the remaining loan paid off the stolen vehicle and then they will issue myself a cheque for the balance...So l received the cheque on May 26th, it was sent to MB financial, and still, as of today, l have no cheque yet ???? and of course. l'm on the hook for all these days in a rental..l only have one vehicle...Nice system eh !!!!!! 25 years with State Farm, and l never once put a claim in, and this is the service l get....nice !!!!!
i couldn't believe it was so much.
