ML320CDI---Engine Dies, just Stops!!

my car is Ml320 Cdi 2006, has same problem. running 80km/hr to 0km/hr with no reason.
I took it back to dealer, they said they fixed. Engine stopped again on the way home.

It is a great car if no problem, i will sell it when warranty finish. Its not worth to keep.
