Mercedes ML350 Battery Draining

I have a problem with a colleagues ML350

It's constantly going flat every couple of days.

I've hooked up a multimeter on the battery to look at the Amp draw when the car is shut down and I'm seeing an average of 1.7 amps when the vehicle is shut down, locked and left for at least half an hour.

This seems unusually high.

Does anyone know what it should be when the car is shut down?

Do not know what the draw should be but what you are experiencing is way more than it should be.

I agree the current should be negligable. Do they have any accessories that could be running/spinning like a DVD player or CD changer. Have they checked it in the dark for a lamp being lit somewhere? Maybe they could start pulling fuses until the current drops to nil.

Fuse idea seems solid. Will try that. We already removed the power to the rear seat entertainment and it made no difference.
